We use the Stripe payment service to process all donations made at IDoItFor.org. We do not store any payment information on our servers or associate payment information with any IDoItFor.org login.

Donations designated to the I Do It For Foundation to help cover expenses related to maintaining the organization, providing material help to our users, and other administrative needs is tax-deductible because of the foundation’s 501(c)(3) standing.
I Do It For projects supporting individuals are not tax deductible. Contact your accountant to see how these gifts may impact your taxes. Certain projects supporting other tax-exempt entities may be tax-deductible.
I Do It For Foundation will refund donations of fulfilled pledges through the foundation's funding mechanisms (PayPal, credit card or check). However, we cannot refund donations of fulfilled pledges made through other organizations. With such third-party gifts, donations are subject to the refund policies of those entities.
If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to I Do It For Foundation or an I Do It For Project, we will honor your request for a refund if it is made within 15 days of your donation.
To request a refund, call (864) 567-9764. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
